Overview
We’re working with a stunning restaurant group that’s looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Bar Manager. The ideal candidate will be a polished leader, able to build a strong team, deliver excellent drinks at pace, and take full ownership of bar management, including stock and team oversight.
This is a fantastic opportunity within a well-established, growing group. Candidates with a short notice period or immediate availability are especially encouraged to apply.
The perfect candidate will:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the bar, stock management, and ordering
- Have a genuine passion for delivering excellent service
- Be knowledgeable about drinks and quality products
- Lead with an open, engaging, and calm approach under pressure
- Have experience training and developing a bar team
- Hold at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Understand financials and P&L
- Have a good understanding of food and restaurant service
