Corporate Solicitor NQ-2 PQE – Cardiff
Looking to kickstart your corporate law career in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment? We’re recruiting for an Associate Solicitor to join a highly ranked Corporate team in Cardiff, advising on a broad range of transactional matters.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to two years’ PQE who’s ready to grow their technical and commercial expertise in a nationally recognised team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting on corporate transactions and delivering timely, commercially focused advice
- Drafting clear, concise legal documents and solutions that work in the real world
- Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and intermediaries
- Getting involved in seminars, bulletins, events, and pitch presentations
- Developing your technical knowledge through hands-on experience, training, and mentoring
- Managing your workload effectively and contributing to team goals
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrable experience in corporate law, ideally gained during training or post-qualification
- Excellent drafting skills and a sharp commercial mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- A team player who’s enthusiastic, ambitious, and ready to take ownership
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work
