Our client in the Preston area is looking for a Children’s Home Registered Manager in the Preston area. The ideal candidate would have a strong background working in a children’s care home and able to demonstrate leadership and management skills.

Children’s Home Registered Manager Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and management throughout the home
Develop and implement care plans for the children
Ensure Ofsted regulations are adhered to
Be the primary contact for the home
Make sure that all staff are trained to high level of safeguarding
Carry out administrative tasks
Manage rotas, budget and cover of staff
Complete monthly audits
Children’s Home Registered Manager Requirements
Level 5 qualification in leadership and management or working towards
Minimum of level 3 in childcare
Minimum of 2 years working in a children’s home
UK driving licence and own car
Proven experience in managing budgets and staff
