Senior Support Worker – Bournemouth
Our client based in Bournemouth is passionate about supporting children’s individual hobbies, needs, and skills whilst making meaningful memories.
They are looking for a Senior Support Worker to work in a 2 bed home for children who have autism and learning difficulties. We are looking for dynamic, innovative, caring, and experienced Children’s Support Workers to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
Your role as a Senior Support Worker will be to make sure the children are safe not just in their home but also in the surrounding areas. Be a key worker to the young people, support them with daily activities, manage their behaviour and be a positive role model for them.
Are you patient, understanding and prepared to support and care for vulnerable children affected by Autism and trauma? You can make a genuine difference to a child’s life in providing positive experiences and acting as a role model to the future generation.
