Registered Manager Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day running of the house
Ensure all care plans are adhered to
Make sure that all compliance procedures are carried out
Monitor all employees’ delivery of service and provide further mentoring and training where needed
Complete audits and inspections up to the standards of CQC regulations
Ensure the house always maintains a safe and healthy environment
Registered Manager Requirements
Level 5 diploma or equivalent or working towards
Minimum of 2 years leadership and management experience
Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues and complex needs
Drive with own car
