Support Worker – Southampton
We are recruiting for a great opportunity to work with one of our well established clients in New Milton! They work with young people who have emotional and behavioral difficulties due to their backgrounds. The young people have varied histories which could include trauma and abuse and they work with them provide an environment in which they can flourish.
Ideally the perfect candidate would have experience in a similar setting, be upbeat and positive and have great communication skills. They would need to engage well with the young people and build trust and a positive relationship with them. The ideal candidate would need to hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to their own vehicle.
