Location: Leicester OR Coventry
Salary: £54,848.25 + Quarterly Bonus
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (12-hour days and nights, incl. weekends/bank holidays)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and control systems across a busy FMCG site
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and working closely with production teams
- Providing technical mentoring to junior technicians and ensuring maintenance standards are met
- Engaging in projects and change initiatives, using diagnostics and data to drive root cause resolution
What You’ll Bring:
- NVQ Level 3 or time-served apprenticeship in Engineering
- Solid electrical and mechanical maintenance experience (ideally in manufacturing)
- City & Guilds 2391 qualification
- Passion for controls, automation, and problem-solving
Experience in FMCG, PLCs, and team leadership a plus—but not essential.
