Executive Housekeeper – 5-Star Luxury Resort | Caribbean

A world-class 5-star luxury resort in the Caribbean is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven background in 5-star luxury resorts

  • Caribbean or remote island experience is essential

  • Forbes 5-Star standards experience is highly advantageous

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a large team

  • Preference for candidates from within the CARICOM region

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to 5-star standards

  • Train, mentor, and manage a large multicultural housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and efficiency

  • Develop and monitor budgets, inventory, and cost-control measures while maintaining quality and standards

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and support resort-wide initiatives

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: USD $80,000 – $90,000

  • Full expatriate package including accommodation, benefits, and allowances
