Executive Housekeeper – 5-Star Luxury Resort | Caribbean
A world-class 5-star luxury resort in the Caribbean is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Requirements:

Proven background in 5-star luxury resorts

Caribbean or remote island experience is essential

Forbes 5-Star standards experience is highly advantageous

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a large team

Preference for candidates from within the CARICOM region
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to 5-star standards

Train, mentor, and manage a large multicultural housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and efficiency

Develop and monitor budgets, inventory, and cost-control measures while maintaining quality and standards

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and support resort-wide initiatives
What We Offer:

Competitive salary: USD $80,000 – $90,000
