The Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor will be:
- Handling a broad range of commercial disputes including shareholder, contract and insolvency matters
- Leading on complex, high-value litigation and arbitration cases
- Collaborating with senior colleagues and mentoring junior team members
- Building and managing client relationships
Profile
The Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation
- Experienced in handling complex disputes independently and collaboratively
- Commercially astute, pragmatic, and solution-focused
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and mentoring peers
- Able to demonstrate a track record of winning work or developing a client base
