The key responsibilities of this German Speaking Accountant role will be:
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with German accounting standards.
- Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate and timely reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Provide insights on financial performance to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Respond to queries related to German accounting practices and financial matters.
Profile
A successful German Speaking Accountant should have:
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Proven experience in a similar accountancy role
