Requirements: 

  • 5+ years in a Director of Sales role at a luxury hotel or resort (mandatory)
  • Extensive experience in international leisure and group sales
  • A strong network of agency, consortia, and tour operator contacts
  • Excellent leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A strategic mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen (required for work permit eligibility)
  • Previous island or remote resort experience is a strong asset
