This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a varied caseload, hybrid working arrangements, and a supportive team culture.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload and contribute to the continued success of the Family Law team. Responsibilities include:
- Advising on divorce, financial settlements, children matters, cohabitation, and pre/post-nuptial agreements
- Delivering high-quality client service while managing a busy caseload
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Meeting fee income targets and supporting departmental growth
- Identifying opportunities for service improvement and innovation
- Ensuring compliance with professional standards including those set by the SRA, Lexcel, Law Society, and IIP
Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements:
- 2-6 years’ PQE in Family Law
- Proven ability to manage complex and technical caseloads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and professional presentation
- Strong time management and self-motivation
- Collaborative and client-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
- Ability to build a personal network through marketing and outreach
- Approachable and proactive in client engagement
Working Environment
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Chippenham. Hybrid working is available following completion of the probation period, offering a blend of office and remote work.
