This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a varied caseload, hybrid working arrangements, and a supportive team culture.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload and contribute to the continued success of the Family Law team. Responsibilities include:

  • Advising on divorce, financial settlements, children matters, cohabitation, and pre/post-nuptial agreements
  • Delivering high-quality client service while managing a busy caseload
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Meeting fee income targets and supporting departmental growth
  • Identifying opportunities for service improvement and innovation
  • Ensuring compliance with professional standards including those set by the SRA, Lexcel, Law Society, and IIP

Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements:

  • 2-6 years’ PQE in Family Law
  • Proven ability to manage complex and technical caseloads
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and professional presentation
  • Strong time management and self-motivation
  • Collaborative and client-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
  • Ability to build a personal network through marketing and outreach
  • Approachable and proactive in client engagement

Working Environment
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Chippenham. Hybrid working is available following completion of the probation period, offering a blend of office and remote work.
