- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to streamline workflows.
- Analyse data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and demand forecasts.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues.
Profile
A successful Demand Planner should have:
- Experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and forecast demand.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Demand and Supply planning.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of best practices in supply chain operations.
