Just in, NEW – an excellent new opening for an ambitious Commercial Property solicitor wishing to progress in their career looking more towards West Wales, perhaps for family reasons and the work/life balance on offer, but at the same time not wanting to compromise on the quality of work or the career progression opportunities.
Our client is a leading practice in Swansea, with an excellent reputation across a full service of practice areas but perhaps in particular for their commercial areas of practice including a strong, Director-led Commercial Property team. The work varies from mainstream commercial property for a range of clients, both local, regional and national, to development work, also rural property matters etc.
They are looking for a qualified Solicitor, with around 5 years of post-qualification experience at this stage, but they can be flexible and what matters most is your passion for commercial property work, your ambition to learn and develop, and your roots and connections for Swansea as a location.
