This position is for an Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring Partner in Weybridge, Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for and providing strategic advice on insolvency & corporate restructuring matters and will work collaboratively with other practice across.

  • Managing a caseload of insolvency and restructuring matters.
  • Providing high-level strategic advice to clients facing insolvency or requiring corporate restructuring.
  • Developing relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the industry.
  • Supporting business development initiatives within the firm.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of junior legal professionals.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Keeping up-to-date with developments in insolvency and corporate restructuring law.
  • Contributing to the firm’s thought leadership in the field of insolvency and corporate restructuring.


A successful Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring Partner should:
