Description

  • Drive the development and execution of global marketing strategies, taking the responsibility of regionalising activity for the local UK marketplace.
  • Help deliver effective customer engagement and brand presence across B2C, Retail and B2B customers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Creative effective and engaging marketing content and collateral across digital, traditional as well as in-store POS
  • Oversee the creation of effective advertising campaigns.
  • Report on marketing performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new product launches.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Profile

A successful UK Marketing Manager should have:

* A degree in Marketing or a related field.

* A proven track record in leading successful marketing strategies within the Consumer Goods or Luxury Goods industry.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to be hands on both leading from the front in execution and activity

* Strong business relationships within the UK Retail Marketplace including Supermarkets

* An understanding of marketing software and online applications.

* Strategic thinking with a creative mind.

* Ability to travel to their Birmingham offices 3 days a week
