Exciting Opportunity for a Team PA/Coordinator in Romsey!
Temp Role – £13/£16 PH (DOE)
Are you a proactive and dynamic PA or Project Coordinator looking for your next exciting role? We’re seeking an exceptional individual to join a fast-paced and collaborative Client Services team on a temporary basis – and this could be your chance to shine!
You’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting a busy team with a variety of tasks. If you’re a multitasker who thrives on keeping things organised and running smoothly, this maybe the role for you!
Your Key Responsibilities:
Managing diaries and booking international and nationwide travel with precision
Preparing detailed itineraries and ensuring vaccination and testing requirements are on point
Regularly reviewing diaries to maximise time and resources
Collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver major projects successfully
Assisting with finance data cleansing to support monthly financial processes
Handling general admin duties while managing calls and enquiries professionally
What We’re Looking For:
A confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs
Someone who can work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Experience in supporting senior management and stakeholders
A keen eye for detail and strong commercial awareness
A true team player with top-notch written and verbal communication skills
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of two years’ experience in a PA or Project Coordinator/Manager role
Proven project coordination or management experience
Advanced skills in MS Office, including MS Planner and MS Forms
Ability to confidently manage multiple platforms
Immediate availability and within commuting distance to Romsey
