Our client is an award-winning organisation. Due to growth within the business the company are currently expanding within the customer service team and looking for Customer Service Team leaders to join their already successful organisation. In return for excellent benefits including hybrid working and bonus.

Job role

  • To oversee a team of 6 – 8
  • Manage day to day business operations
  • Task allocations
  • Constantly monitor standards, SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Account manage key clients
  • Coach and mentor the team
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Appraisals and performance management
  • Recruiting
  • Monthly 1-1’s
  • Ownership and involvement of escalated complaints

Ideal candidate

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and communications skills
  • Ability to train and coach
  • Positive leader
  • Confident at challenging at all levels
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Skilled at delegating
