The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our client, whilst ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

We are working with a well established business based in Bromley seeking a standalone Talent Acquisition Manager to join their busy HR team.

Description

The key responsibilities:

  • Provide relevant candidate market insight
  • Oversee the development of LinkedIn as a candidate attraction tool and encourage business wide participation in supporting candidate attraction
  • Deploy candidate attraction strategies to deliver a diverse range of quality candidates
  • Build pools of potential candidates for future roles from a variety of sources
  • Devise an efficient process that provides high quality candidates for leaders and an outstanding candidate journey for both successful and unsuccessful candidates
  • Support the onboarding of new hires by ensuring induction plans and goals are set for new hires.
  • Support new hires in settling into their roles and obtain feedback on their experience as new colleagues.
  • Support the succession planning process, and ensure gaps are considered in future hiring activity and help business leaders identify other opportunities to bridge the gaps.
  • Advise the business leadership on how to define skillsets required to achieve their strategic goals.
  • Build data to evaluate talent acquisition process including (but not limited to) time to hire, Glass Door percentage of candidates interviewed data on competitor salaries and benefits

Profile

A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:

  • CIPD Level 7 qualified or studying towards
  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition role
  • Financial services experience would be desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • A strong understanding of the recruitment process.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
