The Ideal Store Manager
* Confident in stock management budgeting and P&L control.
* Committed to training and developing a team
* Maintain exceptional standards whilst providing quality food and an outstanding guest experience.
* Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Passion for excellent food and for leading an equally fantastic team
* You will have total responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day management of your store
* Always leading by example
* Deliver a product in line with company ethos and vision.
