Job Title: Stock Controller
Salary: £35,000 + Benefits
Location: London – Hybrid / Remote
Are you fed up with working late nights but love hospitality?
Have you run pubs and venues and have an excellent eye for detail?
This is the role for you!
We are looking for a Stock Controller to join this growing business, responsible for overseeing everything stock related across their expanding portfolio of Venues and Events. You must have experience running a wet led site, with a proven track record implementing stock systems/processes, ordering and reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure each location has a compatible range of products achieve the desired margin targets
* Assisting venues to roll out new menus or implement changes smoothly
* Research and implement new and exciting technologies
* Managing each venue’s process and system for stock ordering and stock taking
* Develop supplier relationships
* Constantly reviewing revenue and volume targets to ensure accuracy
* Occasional extended trips away, possibly overseas for audits and venue launches
The Ideal Candidate
* Venue, pub or club management
* Stock system, process and analysis experience
* High level Excel
* A solid understanding of UK alcohol beverage brands
* Strong numerical skills
* High attention to detail
* Knowledge of industry standard stock margins.
* UK Right to Work with in date passport for travel abroad
* Full UK Driving Licence
