Service Manager-Supported Living Facility

Location: Trowbridge
Salary: £28.000/annual
Full-time, Permanent role

Brook Street Social Care is supporting a client on finding their new Service Manager to join a great team in their Supported Living Facility in Trowbridge. The service users are lovely individuals with mainly moderate and severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

About the role:

  • Follow and promote company and compliance standards
  • Support the manager on front line and back office duties
  • Support team members on their development journey
  • Monitor and supervise the provided service and communicate effectively with external parties
  • Work in accordance with Company values, policies and procedures, legislation and national minimum standards

About you:

  • Previous experience as Senior SW/Team Leader is essential
  • Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it
  • Previous managerial experience
  • Experience in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism
