The Senior Marketing Acquisition Manager will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives with the objective of increasing customer engagement and awareness leading to increased business revenues whilst managing an experienced team of Managers and Executives.

Our client is a substantial entity within the Retail Services sector, boasting a healthy workforce size in the thousands. Based in the West Midland they work on a flexible working model with only one day in the office required once a month.

Description

  • Design and implement comprehensive demand generation marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
  • Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launch of new product lines etc.
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
  • Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.

Profile

A successful Senior Marketing Acquisition Manager should have:

  • A degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong proven track record of driving demand generation campaigns and producing high quality results/leads to be presented to stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of market research methods and analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Outstanding leadership and organisational abilities.
  • Comfortable travelling nationally once a month to business/partner sites
