Senior Management Accountant

- Location: London (Hybrid Working)
- Salary: £50-60k DOE + excellent benefits
We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing accountancy practice specialising in the hospitality industry. They are looking for an experienced Management Accountant with a strong background in hospitality finance and proficiency in Xero (NetSuite experience advantageous).
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Analysing revenue, costs and profitability
- VAT, payroll and balance sheet reconciliations
- Partnering with operational teams to drive performance improvements
Candidate Profile
- Qualified or part-qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Previous hospitality sector experience
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
