Description
- Oversee audit & accounting operations within the company.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of audit professionals.
- Develop audit plans and strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Review and sign off audit reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with clients to discuss audit findings and recommendations.
- Monitor changes in audit regulations and ensure company procedures are updated accordingly.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the audit team.
- Participate in business development activities to promote the company’s audit services.
Profile
A successful Senior Audit & Accounts Manager should have:
- ACA, ACCA Qualification.
- Extensive knowledge of audit procedures and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven record of leading successful audit teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
