An opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded and well-established law firm with multiple offices across the Southwest region.
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor or Partner with at least 5 years’ PQE to bolster their highly regarded and development team. You can expect to carry out out development work for existing development clients, (developers/promoters and landowners), on a mixture of residential, mixed use and commercial development schemes, as well as working closely with the development of land team to grow the practice.
You’ll ideally have strong City experience in land development work or perhaps be working for a strong local practice with some loyal clients to bring to my client’s practice.
The firm already has a strong and ever-expanding commercial property team and land development work is a key focus of theirs particularly in this region. This opportunity offers real career progression and would suit a candidate looking to move into a leadership role and you can expect to supervise and mentor junior team members.
