Sales Manager, Oxford, £47,000 + Bonus, WFH flexibility!

My client is fantastic 4* hotel and conference venue in Oxfordshire who are looking for a Superstar Sales Manager to head up the team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring the venue is maximised for rooms and all meeting & event spaces on site, managing the sales team, looking at pricing strategies, and maintaining seamless communication with operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities :

* Optimize revenue through effective diary and channel management
* Develop and execute rate strategies for rooms and events to align with budget goals
* Ensure accurate forecasts, reports, and seamless event operations
* Train, support, and oversee the sales team to maintain high standards of customer service
* Collaborate with leadership to achieve sales and revenue objectives

The Ideal Candidate:

* Experienced in sales, events & revenue management from a hotel background
* Proven track record of leading teams to exceed targets
* A proactive leader passionate about hospitality and revenue growth
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Personable and professional
