We are partnering with a luxury hospitality group in New York City that is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Manager to support business growth and client engagement for one of its premier lifestyle-driven venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, members, and partners
  • Identify sales opportunities through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with operations and events teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Track sales performance, reporting, and business development activity

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in hospitality, events, lifestyle, or hotel sales
  • Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven approach
  • Experience working within luxury hospitality or lifestyle environments preferred
