Job Title:             Sales Manager – Events Group
Location:             London

Salary:                 Up to £55,000 + Commission

We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to help grow a leading events and venue business across festivals, live events, and entertainment venues. This is a relationship-led sales role focused on winning new business, building industry partnerships, and driving commercial growth across the events sector.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and win new business opportunities across events and venues
  • Build strong relationships with promoters, rights holders, and commercial partners
  • Attend industry events, festivals, and networking opportunities
  • Develop pitches, tenders, and commercial proposals
  • Support negotiations and help convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
  • Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline
  • Work closely with commercial, finance, and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and market insight

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience within business development or outbound sales
  • Background within events, festivals, venues, or entertainment
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Experience managing tenders, proposals, and commercial submissions
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive sales mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and driven to win business
