My client is looking for a driven Sales Manager to join their boutique hotel group. They are looking for a well organised, energetic individual who will be responsible for maximizing the hotel’s sales by developing programs that make profitable use of the M&E areas along with the F&B and accommodation facilities.

About the position

* Successfully promoting and managing the brand
* Managing relationships with agencies and partners
* Overseeing budgets for advertising, marketing, and promotions
* Managing Pro-active & Reactive sales
* Creating and communicating the hotel event calendar
* Reporting directly to the GM and Directors

The successful candidate

* Will have previous experience in a similar role in hospitality
* Most have experience in leisure and corporate sales
* Posses excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fantastic at networking and building relationships
* Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
