Job title: Residential Property Solicitor

Salary: £45,000-£55,000

PQE Level: 1+ PQE

Join a dynamic property team as a Residential Property Solicitor. The ideal candidate will be have a strong residential property law skill set and a commitment to exceptional client service. This role involves managing a diverse caseload and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages.
  • Provide expert legal advice.
  • Draft and review legal documents.
  • Conduct due diligence and property searches.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Stay updated on property law changes.

Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in residential property law with at least 12 months experience

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
