Join a dynamic property team as a Residential Property Solicitor. The ideal candidate will be have a strong residential property law skill set and a commitment to exceptional client service. This role involves managing a diverse caseload and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages.
- Provide expert legal advice.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Conduct due diligence and property searches.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legislation.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on property law changes.
Experience:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in residential property law with at least 12 months experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
