We are supporting this large regional law firm in their recruitment for a residential conveyancing solicitor. This residential conveyancing team are based in Newton Abbot and are in a period of exciting growth.
This successful residential conveyancing team work closely with local agents and are extremely well known in the local area.
Your residential conveyancing caseload will include; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and much more.
It is important that you have residential conveyancing experience and be able to show that you are able to manage your own residential conveyancing caseload.
