Chadwick Nott are assisting this well-established and growing practice in Plymouth in their recruitment for a residential conveyancer. This thriving residential conveyancing team have an excellent local reputation and have developed strong links with a varied local client base.
The firm’s residential conveyancing team have seen a growing demand year on year from their clients and as such, are seeking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer to work on a full caseload of residential property work to include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property. You will also be required to further develop their relationships with introducers such as local mortgage brokers and estate agents.
The successful candidate will be joining a busy and friendly team, with ample support and a wealth of experience. On offer is a competitive salary package and the chance to join a supportive, collegiate environment.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience of managing a full and varied residential property caseload from instruction to completion and strong client-facing skills.
