Job Summary
8x Repository Assistants are required to work in the Companies House Document Repository which is used to store Company Records. The Repository Assistants will be responsible for the secure and efficient destruction of confidential and sensitive documents.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for varied daily tasks such as:
” Using data/lists to locate Company Records in the Repository
” Collect, sort and prepare Company Records for destruction according to established protocols
” Accurately maintain records of all documents destroyed, capturing all data required and agreed
” Organise and maintain physical document storage systems ensuring documents are properly labelled and filled for easy retrieval
” Perform regular audits and quality checks
” Working to agreed targets and deadlines
” Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
” Interact with internal and external clients professionally
” Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices
” Adherence to Departmental policies and legal requirements and maintaining confidentiality at all times

” Basic understanding of data protection and confidentiality standards and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
