Job Title: Real Estate Finance Lawyer

Salary: From £250,000
A leading law firm in London is seeking a senior-level associate to join its Finance and Real Estate team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience acting for lenders in UK and European commercial real estate finance transactions, drafting complex loan agreements, and overseeing security documentation.
Requirements:
- Significant experience with loan-on-asset and loan-on-loan financings.
- Strong technical skills and organizational abilities.
- Ability to lead deal teams and engage confidently with counterparties.
- Experience in diligencing assets and documenting sales onto repo lines is a plus.
