Description
- Manage and prepare R&D tax credit claims for clients across diverse sectors.
- Provide strategic tax advice to clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their business and identify qualifying R&D projects.
- Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise client service.
- Ensure compliance with all R&D tax credit claim processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Support junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
Profile
A successful R&D Tax professional should have:
- Proven experience in managing R&D tax credit claims.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation.
- A degree in Taxation, Accounting, Law or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly.
- A customer-focused approach, with strong relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
