This is an excellent opportunity for a property litigation solicitor to join this reputable property litigation team based from Cheltenham. This property litigation team advise a wide range of clients to include developers, owners, occupiers and investors.
As the successful property litigation solicitor, your caseload will include; disputes involving developments, sale and purchase transactions, overage, option agreements, rights of light and more.
You must be a qualified solicitor with experience in property litigation from a reputable firm. You’ll be able to demonstrate that you can confidently manage a caseload and be comfortable with business development. If your property litigation experience has been as part of a wider litigation department, please still apply.
