Property Litigation Solicitor NQ-5+ PQE – Birmingham

New vacancy exists for a Property Litigation Associate to join one of our legal top 200 clients.

The firm are a leading national law firm who are exceptionally busy and enjoy a formidable local and national reputation. The department are well known for the high quality and high profile work they deal with, acting for a wide range of clients based across the UK and internationally.

Working alongside Legal 500 rated Partners, the team act for a wide range of commercial businesses, institutions, landed estates and individuals on a range of property disputes. You will be involved in a variety of matters including:

  • Termination and renewal of business leases
  • Dilapidations disputes
  • Break rights
  • Easement and covenant disputes
  • Telecommunications issues
  • Agricultural disputes
  • Forfeiture
  • Possession claims

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, hardworking and self-motivated solicitor who can demonstrate excellent legal capability with strong attention to detail. The successful candidate should be willing and able to quickly immerse themselves in a varied and interesting caseload.
