Level: NQ – 3 PQE
Location: Exeter
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded property litigation, located in the modern Exeter office.
Within this role you would be working directly with partners on a mix of property related matters. Some examples include co-ownership disputes, neighbour disputes ( adverse possession, boundary disputes and more). This firm is widely known for the quality of clients, with many of its senior fee earners having moved from the busy city, magic circle life style into this firm as they are able to enjoy a real work life balance without compromising on the quality of clients. Even though this role is in Exeter, you would have exposure to large city clients.
You will enjoy a high level of responsibility from the outset and so ideally, you will have already gained experience in property litigation whether that is a seat in a training contract or experience during your qualified career. You will also be a great communicator, have the ability to manage a busy case load and work well under pressure.
