Overview

Property Litigation (Charity Sector) Solicitor

Bristol

Are you looking for a new opportunity? Maybe you’re approaching a few years post qualification experience and have decided now is a good time to make a move. Whatever your reasons, this is a great opportunity for a property litigation solicitor with drive and enthusiasm to join a regional top 100 firm.

You’ll join a large commercial organisation with a leading charities sector practice. You’ll enjoy working closely with the wider team advising household name charities clients on resolving a range of property litigation issues to include title queries, lost deeds, third-party rights, landlord-tenant matters, and professional negligence. You can expect to work closely with the firm’s Charity and Legacies colleagues to deliver relevant and commercial advice. The work is national and this is an opportunity to join one of the leading firms outside of London.

To be considered you will be at least 1 years PQE with a solid training seat and post qualifying experience in property litigation. Specific charity experience is not essential for this role. You’ll find every support mechanism in place to assist you if you’re hungry for career development and swift progression. You should be bright, enthusiastic and keen to learn.

If this sounds like you and you’re looking for the opportunity to work with charities sector clients and to join a firm where you can progress with plenty of support, then this is just the job!
