Our client is a leading bespoke manufacturer looking to bring a Production Manager on site to manage the daily operations and projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Day to day Scheduling
- Managing teams in Production and Design
- Production planning and Project Management
- Liaising between teams
- Streamlining Production
- Ensuring Porjects are completed and delivered on time
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- It is important you come from a bespoke/ low volume manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of furniture making, Cabinet Making, Joinery, Woodworking is beneficial
- Experience in a leadership/ supervisory role
- Project management experience
- A can-do attitude and a taste for a challenge!
