Overview
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced production operator with one of our clients based in Newhouse.
This role is temporary position, working full time hours and may include shift working.
Role & Responsibilities
Primary tasks may include (but are not limited to):
- Hand Assembly of Microwave Components, using solder flowing techniques
- Using microscope to carry out build and inspection
- Mechanical Assembly following a prescribed build process
- Carrying out visual quality checks and packing
- Labelling of finished parts
Personal Qualities & Skills
- Previous Skills working within an Assembly and, or Manufacturing environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven competence in a similar role
- Demonstrate excellent dexterity and hand to eye co-ordination
- Work as part of a team
- Good time keeping
- Must be flexible
- Show Initiative
Qualifications
Confident using windows based PC programmes
Proven record in fine detail assembly
may include shift working including weekends
Job Tenure: Contract and Full-Time
Salary: Up to £11.44 per hour
