An elite global law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its private equity team. The practice advises on market-shaping transactions, acting for major sponsors and investors on cross-border deals that demand technical excellence and commercial instinct.
This is a firm that expects its lawyers to operate at the highest level. The work is complex, fast-moving, and high-stakes, requiring a lawyer who can navigate intricate structures and deliver strategic solutions under pressure.
Beyond the quality of work, this role offers direct client access, exposure to industry-defining transactions, and a clear path to progression within a firm that invests in its talent. Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, at least three years’ PQE, and experience in high-end private equity transactions at a top-tier law firm in London, Australia, or New Zealand.
