This small Gloucester firm is seeking an experienced wills, trusts and probate solicitor to join their team.
The firm offers a range of services to individuals and small businesses.
They are currently seeking a private client lawyer with experience of wills, trusts and probate. You will be dealing with a mixed caseload including drafting and reviewing existing wills, drafting powers of attorney, trusts, dealing with administration of estates including advising on tax issues and dealing with Court of Protection work. Although the work is primarily non-contentious, there may be the opportunity to deal with some contentious probate and trusts work if you want to do this.
You will need to have experience in this area and should have a good manner with clients. Although many clients will come to the firm’s offices, a car would be useful for home /off-site meetings.
