Level: NQ – 4 PQE

We are partnering with a dynamic law firm based in Bristol, renowned for its exceptional service and expertise in private client matters. With a focus on growth and client satisfaction, our client offers a collaborative and supportive environment for legal professionals to thrive.
We are seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor with NQ to 4 years of post-qualification experience to join this esteemed private client team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside accomplished private client lawyers and handle a diverse caseload from longstanding clients.
Your responsibilities would include managing a varied caseload encompassing wills, LPAs (Lasting Powers of Attorney), probate, estate administration, and some tax matters, providing expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their interests are safeguarded throughout the process as well as conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting with client meetings and negotiations.
The ideal applicant will be:
- Qualified solicitor with NQ to around 4 years’ PQE.
- Have previous experience in private client matters, either as a paralegal before or during training contract.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently, with keen attention to detail.
