About you:
Are you a skilled and experienced MSK Podiatrist (Band 6/7) looking for a locum role?
We are looking for an enthusiastic MSK Podiatrist (Band 6/7) to support the podiatry service at Swansea Bay University Health Board, based at either Neath Port Talbot Hospital or Central Clinic, Swansea
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough autonomous assessments of patient’s health conditions.
- Formulating and implementing care plans.
- Providing treatment as necessary.
- Using evidence-base practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date podiatry records in line with professional standards.
- Staying current with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
Essential Qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced Podiatrist (Band 6/7) with:
- HCPC registration as a Podiatrist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Full UK right to work.
