Planning Law Solicitor

We are delighted to be assisting our long standing client with their search for a planning law solicitor to join their strong planning law team. This planning law solicitor will be based in Exeter.

This would suit somebody who is looking to qualify into planning law. Ideally, you will have a planning law training seat, but if this has been a part of a wider caseload, please still apply. You must be able to show enthusiasm and be dedicated to a career in planning law. Perhaps you have been in a local authority position and looking to return to private practice?

This planning law solicitor will be working on a wide spectrum of planning law work. Handling both contentious and non contentious planning law matters, your caseload will consist of – planning permission, appeals, CIL, s106 agreements, judicial review, highways and public rights of way. You will also be getting involved with environmental law. You will be advising a wide range of clients from individuals, businesses and public bodies.

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £60000 – £66000 per annum
