Description
- Manage daily schedules and organise meetings for senior leadership
- Prepare reports, presentations and other crucial documents
- Coordinate and plan events and conferences
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, and managing databases
- Support additional projects as required by the team
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- A strong educational background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A track record of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience in a similar role within the public sector or not-for-profit industry
- Highly organised with excellent multitasking skills
