Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects, event planning, and team coordination.
Profile
About You:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally within the retail sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
