The Operations Manager Role
As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee 8-12 General Managers, taking full responsibility for financial targets and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
* Strategic Oversight : Reporting directly to the Directors, you’ll manage projects and implement strategies tailored to each venue.
* Team Leadership : Training and developing General Managers to ensure operational excellence.
* Revenue Growth : Driving financial performance through precise controls and innovative approaches.
This role is pivotal in maintaining the success of established venues while spearheading growth for the future.
The Ideal Candidate
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* Proven success as an Operations Manager or Area Manager in the pub or restaurant industry.
* Experience with fresh food operations and a wet-led focus.
* A background in hotels would be a strong advantage.
* A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and managing diverse teams.
